Return Policy

We love what we do, and take pride in providing you with the absolute best products and services available. If you are not completely satisfied with any service or product at Studio 262, please let us know immediately so we have an opportunity to make whatever adjustments are necessary. No refunds will be given on services rendered, however, we will provide additional services free of charge to achieve the results you expected. Products can be returned up to 30 days after purchase for in store credit. Unfortunately no credit will be given for products that are more than 1/8 used. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, and may not be redeemed for cash. Service prices are subject to change. JC Brown & Associates, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date.

Unfortunately, no transmission of data over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. As soon as we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.

We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Studio 262 Website or administer activities on our behalf. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes. Your information will absolutely never be sold.
